Monogram Foods has introduced its Trail’s Best Premium Bacon Jerky featuring fully cooked slices of real bacon in a 2.75-ounce bag. The product features thick slices of 100 percent hickory smoked bacon jerky.
Other jerky options include beef, chicken and turkey. The jerky is cured with water, salt, sugar, smoked flavoring, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate and sodium nitrite. Each serving includes 110 calories from fat.
Besides jerky, Monogram Foods provides prepared meats and appetizers such as beefsteak, beef stick, corn dogs, mini corndogs, hot dogs, smoked sausage and pickled sausages and eggs, potato sticks, cheese sticks, cheese curds, onion rings, jalapeno poppers, cheese poppers, cream cheese poppers, mac & cheese bites, potato skins, potato wedges, green bean fries, pickle chips and more.
Trail’s Best, a 31-year-old brand, has been owned by Monogram Foods since 2006.
