The New England Refreshment Services Association (NERSA) has officially announced that its 2025 Annual Meeting & Dinner will take place on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
This highly anticipated annual event brings together operators, suppliers, and industry partners from across the region for an evening of networking, education, and industry insights.

Networking & Exhibitor Social Hour: 4:00–6:00 PM
The evening will kick off with a two-hour networking and exhibitor window designed to foster conversation, connections, and collaboration. Attendees will enjoy:

- Silent Auction
- Product & Technology Displays
This dedicated exhibitor period gives operators and suppliers a prime opportunity to share ideas, discover new offerings, and strengthen business relationships.
Dinner & Industry Program: 6:00–8:00 PM
Following the networking session, guests will gather for a buffet dinner accompanied by key updates and presentations, including:
- A NAMA industry update
- A NERSA association update
- A featured presentation from an industry expert
The program is designed to equip attendees with timely insights and practical takeaways to support their business growth heading into 2026.
