Graciela brings a rich blend of operational insight and financial expertise honed over decades in the food service industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Universidad Panamericana and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Her professional career began with consulting at KPMG, where she implemented ERP systems for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. She then moved into the restaurant industry, working at Burger King Corporation in operations and strategic initiatives before relocating to Atlanta to begin her own marketing-research firm.

In 2008, Graciela joined Chick-fil-A, embarking on a 15 year journey that included roles as Business Analyst, Senior Manager of Business Insights, and ultimately Director of Strategy and Insights. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Crumbl Cookies, helping guide one of the nation’s most dynamic and fast-growing brands.
