Five Star Breaktime Solutions announces a second acquisition in as many weeks. The company has acquired key operating markets from Premium Solutions, growing its Middle Tennessee and South-Central Kentucky presence. The deal reinforces Five Star’s commitment to this growing region and investment in best-in-class breakroom services to local workplaces.

Steve Moseley, founder of Premium Solutions, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the vending and office coffee industry. After launching and successfully selling multiple businesses, Steve established Premium Solutions and has spent the past decade building it into a comprehensive provider of micro market, vending, office coffee, POU water, and bottled water services. Recently, the company also began roasting coffee in-house for its customers.

“We’re excited to welcome the team and customers from Premium Solutions to Five Star,” said Pat Barger, Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, in a recent press release. “Steve has built a high-quality operation, and we’re proud to build upon that foundation to serve even more clients in the region.”

As a result, Five Star assumes the micro market, vending, office coffee, and water service operations in the Nashville, Tennessee and Bowling Green, Kentucky markets. Premium Solutions will continue to operate all services in its remaining geographic service areas. This partnership aligns with Five Star’s growth strategy while supporting Mr. Moseley’s objective of reducing the company’s footprint.
