New Launches Strengthen Award-Winning Portfolio Under “Idea to Aisle” Customer Promise

Due North, North America’s leading self-contained refrigerated merchandiser company, recently announced the launch of three new models under its QBD® and Minus
Forty® brands. Designed to help customers move faster from concept to shelf, the new SKUs will debut at the NAMA Show 2025 in Las Vegas, from May 7–9.

“Our ‘Idea to Aisle’ promise focuses on helping our customers capture opportunities faster—with proven technology and ready-to-deploy solutions,” said Sean McGrann, Chief Commercial Officer at Due North, in a recent press release. “These new models reflect our commitment to moving at the speed of retail.”

The new merchandisers expand Due North’s ENERGY STAR® award-winning portfolio and represent the first major product launches under the company’s new “Idea to Aisle” customer promise—a commitment to deliver faster paths to market through superior design, energy efficiency, and smarter merchandising technology.

The new products applicable to micro markets and other locations include:

QBD: Three-Door Cooler (Sliding and Swing Door Options)

Features Due North’s patented Cooling Cassette Deck for fast, low-cost maintenance and long-term performance.

Ideal for: Beverage, Grocery, Micro Market, and Food Service Retail

Minus Forty: 48” Open Air Merchandiser

Available in standard and shallow-depth footprints, with best-in-class refrigeration to support both beverage and perishable sales. Ideal for: Fresh Grab N’ Go, Grocery, Micro Market, Food Service, and Convenience Retail

Minus Forty: 23 Cubic Feet High-Capacity Cooler

Building on the success of the standard 22 cubic foot cooler, this new model increases product packout by 20%, without requiring a larger footprint. Features the Cooling Cassette Deck for easy maintenance.

Ideal for: Beverage, Micro Market, Pet Food, and Grocery Merchandising

“Our engineering team prioritizes performance that retailers and brands can rely on, day after day. From energy efficiency to ease of maintenance, every detail is built to help maximize uptime, sales, and merchandising flexibility,” said McGrann.

All three new merchandisers will be featured at the Due North booth (#2639) at NAMA Show 2025. Attendees are invited to explore how Due North’s advanced refrigerated merchandising solutions can help bring their next idea to aisle—faster.
