Five Star Breaktime Solutions has completed the acquisition of refreshment services operator AM Coffee Services. This transaction strengthens the company’s coffee service portfolio in Shreveport, Louisiana and supports continued growth throughout the region.

AM Coffee LLC was founded in 1981 by Mary Moore after she was unexpectedly fired from the coffee company where she worked. What began as a bold step of determination, grew into a trusted local refreshment provider serving businesses throughout the Shreveport area. Mary’s son, Price Moore, an Air Force veteran, took over the business following her retirement nearly 20 years ago and has successfully operated the company ever since. Together, they built a respected, relationship-driven coffee service company rooted in hard work and perseverance.
The acquisition includes nearly 90 coffee and refreshment service locations which will be incorporated into Five Star’s existing Shreveport operation to ensure uninterrupted service and customer support.
