Andamiro USA Corp. is pleased to announce that Daniel Kim, a 10-year veteran of parent company Andamiro Co., Ltd., has been appointed senior sales associate and business development manager. Kim is relocating from South Korea to Andamiro USA’s headquarters in Irving, Texas. In his new role, Kim will spearhead market development initiatives in North America and help strengthen relationships with operators, distributors and partners.
Kim joined Andamiro Co., Ltd. in June 2015 as Asia/Oceania regional sales manager. Over the past decade, he has advanced from overseas sales manager to deputy general manager, building distributor networks, introducing Andamiro’s leading arcade titles to major markets, and expanding the Pump It Up dance simulation brand in Asia. His work has included distributor development in Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Vietnam. He played an instrumental role in the introduction of Andamiro’s first hit coin pusher, SpongeBob Pineapple Arcade, in those markets.

Among his career highlights at Andamiro, Kim cites the 2016 World Pump Festival in Bali, Indonesia, which brought players from more than 10 countries together. “I could feel I’m not just selling the product,” he said, “I’m providing a platform that people can enjoy and have fun.”
Kim’s arrival caps the build-out of an expanding Andamiro USA executive team and sales organization, which is led by president Drew Maniscalco and includes COO Min Lee, newly appointed sales associate Scott Chenault and marketing director Nick Montano.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Korea Aerospace University and is fluent in Korean, with proficiency in English and some Japanese. He is relocating to Texas with his wife and 3-year-old son. He can be reached at daniel@andamirousa.com.
