Naturals2Go Partners with Meals from The Heartland

Naturals2Go, a division of VendTech International and a leader in the healthy snack and beverage vending industry, recently partnered with Meals from the Heartland, to produce and donate 27,500 meals for children in need.

During their corporate conference, Naturals2Go team members worked with the Iowa based non-profit to assist with their mission of “Empowering People to Save Starving Children.” Over the last year, Meals from the Heartland distributed over 15 million meals to children in need.

“At Naturals2Go, our mission is to help people change their lives, and the lives around them for the better,” says Heath Falzarano, President of VendTech. “That usually comes in the form of helping people reach their personal and professional goals by launching their own successful business. But there are so many people across the world in need of just the basics, like food and shelter. It was truly an honor to work side-by-side with the Naturals2Go team and contribute to such an amazing cause that aligns closely with our company mission.”

The Naturals2Go team worked with Meals from the Heartland to produce special meal formulas developed by food science and nutrition professionals to supplement nutritional needs to allow children to grow, thrive and become productive members of their community. The meals require only boiling with water to prepare. Despite the simplicity of the food’s content, it is a nutritionally complex and well-balanced meal.
