LAI Games Announces the Divestment of Its Locker Sales and Revenue Share Business

LAI Games USA LLC has completed the sale of its The Locker Network business to TLN North America LLC, an entity of the VLocker International Group, a Delaware headquartered private company. The transaction was completed on March 15, 2022.

The transaction was structured as an asset sale. The agreement covered the revenue share operations of The Locker Network and all its related intellectual property, trademarks and product inventory.

LAI Games’ decision to divest its interests in The Locker Network is a result of its post covid reorganization and the decision to focus on its strengths in commercial and consumer video game development,” said Mark Easte, CEO of LAI Games. “We are pleased to be passing the TLN baton onto VLocker who are a leading worldwide supplier of lockers to many industries including the entertainment industry.”
