HYPER GRID North American Rollout Begins with Four Installations in Two Weeks

LAI Games’ immersive active-play attraction arrives at leading entertainment venues across the U.S. and Canada, with additional units now shipping

LAI Games has announced the first wave of North American installations of HYPER GRID, with four units installed over the past two weeks at entertainment destinations across the United States and Canada.

The first HYPER GRID locations include Taroko Sports in San Antonio, Texas; Slick City in Geist, Indiana; Main Event in Woodbury, Minnesota; and Playdium in North York, Ontario. The rapid rollout marks an important milestone for the large-format active-play attraction as HYPER GRID begins shipping to operators throughout North America.

“Seeing the first HYPER GRID attractions going into venues across North America within such a short period is an exciting milestone,” said Jason Gould, LAI’s Global VP of Sales and Marketing in a recent press release. “Operator interest in the attraction has been extremely encouraging, and these first installations demonstrate the variety of entertainment environments that are a great fit for HYPER GRID.”

HYPER GRID combines an interactive LED floor with illuminated walls, a large display and a growing library of fast-paced games to create an immersive social-play experience for groups of up to six players. Designed as a complete turnkey attraction, HYPER GRID provides operators with everything needed to deliver a highly visible, competitive experience without requiring dedicated attraction staff.

HYPER GRID also includes Moments, an integrated video feature that automatically captures gameplay and creates an AI-curated highlight video immediately following the experience. Players can access and share their personalized video on social media, while operators can incorporate venue branding into the content, extending the attraction’s reach beyond the venue itself.
