EVEX RETURNS WITH JOINT EVENT IN GERMANY ON 7-9 NOVEMBER

We are excited to announce that we have decided to join forces with the German Vending Association (BDV) to organize another edition of EVEX this year to offer the industry a further chance to meet, network and learn in this unique event format which has proven over the years to be very successful and appreciated by all the market players.

Since the BDV has a similar industry event for its German members, this EVEX edition will be branded ‘EVEX-VendCon’, underlining the full cooperation of both the BDV and the EVA.

EVEX-VendCon will take place from 7 to 9 November in Bonn – the former capital of West Germany – in the beautiful and modern conference hotel Kameha Grand, located along the Rhine.

In the evening on 7 November, we will welcome you to a first get-together in a typical Bavarian style chalet to mingle with colleagues from the industry in a very relaxed atmosphere.

On 8 November, we will start the day with the General Assembly meeting followed immediately by the elections of the new EVA Executive Committee. The rest of the day will be dedicated to the usual conference part and the exhibition where both BDV and EVA members will have the pleasure to show their products and services and meet visitors from the German speaking region.

After several years in southern European countries, we are pleased to organise this edition of EVEX in Germany, the biggest market in Europe in terms of revenue.

Finally, we will start the evening with a keynote speaker followed by huge evening event in the hotel. Having again everything organized in a hotel will give all the attendees the opportunity to exchange ideas with peers and to create this industry spirit which we have missed over the last three years.

WHAT IS EVEX?

The EVA organises annually the European Vending Experience (EVEX) in collaboration with a national vending association.

While the programme is flexible, EVEX typically combines two days of conferences, networking, cultural activities and a commercial exhibition, as well as the EVA Annual General Assembly meeting. Since the first edition in 2015, EVEX has been held in Malaga, Cannes, Rome, Seville and Milan.

The European Vending Experience, returned in 2022 with a unique format. It took place inside the Venditalia trade show (Milan) from 11 to 14 May in a dedicated area.

EVEX was organised by the EVA (the European Vending & Coffee Service Association) in cooperation with CONFIDA – Associazione Italiana Distribuzione Automatica (the Italian Vending Association) & Venditalia.

This year, our event provided 4 days of unique business experiences, with several keynote speeches, conferences and workshops per day. Daily updates on the activities of the EVA as well as the national vending associations were presented as well as detailed information on the vending market across Europe.
