Betson Adds Customer Service Enhancement

BetsonBetson Enterprises has announced a new feature to enhance the customer experience with the launch of customer service case inquiries on Betson.com. Customers can easily fill out an online form for concerns or questions related to orders, repairs, advance replacements or general inquiries.

The process is as simple as going to Betson.com, clicking on Customer Service in the footer, and then filling out the Customer Service Case Inquiry form.

“Providing superior customer service is what we do; this is yet another option for our customers to relay their inquiries to us, and provide an opportunity to better serve them,” said Dennis Graham, director of parts sales and customer service for Betson.

In addition, Christine Muller and Luis Osorio recently joined the Betson customer service team where they will be working on advance replacement parts, repairs and the nationwide customer service phone loop.

Customer Service Manager Concetta Benigno leads Betson Enterprises customer service department out of Betson’s headquarters in Carlstadt, N.J.
