Embed expands customer service with new Insight Success Team

Dallas, TX, November 2016 – Combining talented trainers with extensive online resources, Embed is delivering guided training and self-help in brand new ways. Our new premium training platform is called INSIGHT, and it gives customers the knowledge needed to both simplify day to day operation and take full advantage of their Embed system.

Lauren Carlyle, Diana Kim, and Kara Anderson comprise the INSIGHT Success Team. With backgrounds in FEC operations, teaching and staff training, they are specialists at delivering essential information in ways that are fun, dynamic and easy to understand. The team specializes in our latest TOOLKIT suite of products, delivered via live interactive training, scheduled webinars, on-demand videos and tutorials.
