Cockeysville, MD—March 28, 2016—A&A Global Industries and Top Notch Toys (TNT) entered into a unique limited access purchase.
The definitive agreement calls for the immediate hiring of industry veteran Rachel Rosenberg. TNT founder Michael Applebaum will provide consulting services to A&A Global. Combining the strengths of these two powerhouses will leverage industry expertise to deliver an unparalleled bulk vending experience to operators and their consumers.

Rosenberg, TNT’s owner and key account manager, takes on an important sales role within A&A Global. She will manage her existing accounts and develop new relationships. With nearly 20 years of bulk vending expertise, Rosenberg will provide customers with the right products for the right locations.

“I’m looking forward to helping customers with A&A Global’s vast product lines and integrating new ones,” said Rosenberg. “I plan to help drive sales with my established customer relationships and bring in new product ideas.”

Utilizing his years of creativity in designing and love of toys, Applebaum will work with A&A Global to develop new, exciting toys, as well as provide strategic advice.

“I have a lot of ideas and great concepts that I’ve worked on, but not necessarily the wherewithal to apply them,” said Applebaum. “So, it’s nice to have a company that has the structure and capability of taking on any type of project.” A&A Global has an extensive line of products, successful relationships with licensors and an all-encompassing product development and graphics arts department.

“The process of developing new toys and finding mixes that are interesting and sellable is very exciting to me, it’s my favorite thing,” said Applebaum. “I’m looking forward to it, so when Brian (Kovens) asked me to stay on it was quite an ego boost for me. I thought it was great, I can do things that I like.”
