The Pretzel Fillers stuffed soft pretzels from J&J Snack Foods Corp. are heat-and-serve 6.25-ounce snacks in bakeable, microwavable and ovenable film and feature four hours of heated shelf life and seven days refrigerated shelf life. Consumers can heat the snack on high for 45 seconds from a refrigerated state and for 60 seconds from a frozen state, then let it cool for one or two minutes.

Varieties include Cheddar Cheddar with 150 calories, Sweet Cream Cheese with 160 calories and Jalapeno N Cheese with 140 calories.
